Short version: nothing you do here is collected, stored on a server, or sold. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. This page explains that properly, including the bits that aren't entirely within my control.
The tools on this site — including Gair am Air — save your progress in your own browser, using a feature called local storage. That means:
Page 303 saves your season the same way — club, league position and results, held in this browser and nowhere else. Its squad data comes from Wikipedia and is reused under CC BY-SA 4.0. Player names are factual information about public figures in their professional capacity; the game is unofficial and unaffiliated with any club, league or player.
If you type a name into a profile in Gair am Air, that name is stored the same way — in the browser, on the device, and nowhere else. Use a first name, a nickname or a single letter; it makes no difference to how it works.

I do not run my own servers, so a few third parties are unavoidably in the chain. Here is all of them, honestly:

They need no key, set no cookie and run no tracking, but the request is real. Every other page on this site, and every other page of the game, contacts nobody. |
No fonts, scripts or images are loaded from anywhere else. The typefaces used to be requested from Google, which meant Google saw your IP address before you had agreed to anything. They are now served from this site, so that no longer happens.
There is exactly one exception, and it is opt-in by accident of design: a handful of pages that fetch something live — the weather, the daylight hours, and On This Day. Open one and the browser asks Open-Meteo or Wikipedia the question. Do not open them and nothing is requested. The news page goes through this domain, so even that one is not a direct connection. It seemed more honest to say so here than to pretend a football game can know the weather without asking anyone.
Page 303 contains the names, ages and positions of real Premier League players, taken from Fantasy Premier League's open data. These are facts about public figures in their professional capacity, of the same sort a newspaper prints, and they arrive as part of the game rather than being collected from anybody. Nothing about you is involved. The game is unofficial and is not connected to any club, league or player.
Sleigh Cam, the Tooth Exchange and the Dye House are aimed squarely at children, so it is worth being specific about them. They fetch nothing at all. Every number counting up on those pages is worked out in the browser as you watch. Nothing is requested from any other company, there is no video stream, no chat, no comments and no way for anybody to contact anyone.
Each remembers a little in this browser so it looks the same when you come back — which cam you were on, whether the sound is off, how far the count had got. That never leaves the device, and closing the tab or clearing your browser data removes it.
They ask for no location, no camera and no microphone. If a browser ever prompts you for any of those on these pages, something is wrong and I would like to know about it.

Clock In Sims runs on its own domain and has its own arrangements, which may include advertising. This policy covers takingtimeback.com and the tools hosted on it. Check that site separately.
Data protection law gives you rights to see, correct and delete personal data held about you. In practice there is nothing to exercise those rights against, because no personal data is held. The only data that exists is in your own browser, and the Clear all progress button removes it.
If any of this changes — new tools, a different host, anything at all — this page is updated and the date below changes with it. I will not quietly start collecting things.
